My name is Ben (TxITGuy in OGame), a member of AKATSUKI (rank 33 ATM). A few of us currently have personal NAPs / Alliances with members of B C in a local area, and have just voted to apply for a formal Alliance between B C and AKATSUKI.
I have been appointed by AKATSUKI's founder to oversee this process because of my relationship with Hound. How many of you would be interested in this?
